## What is AFS Forum?

The official mobile app for the Africa Food Systems Forum (AFSF) 2026 Summit — the 20th edition of Africa's premier gathering for agriculture and food systems transformation, taking place 31 August–4 September 2026 at the Kigali Conference Centre, Rwanda.

Everything you need for the Summit, in one place:

PROGRAMME Browse the full session schedule by day, track, or venue. Save sessions to your personal agenda, set reminders, and watch livestreamed sessions directly in the app — with live Q&A, polls, and chat alongside the video.

YOUR DIGITAL PASS Skip the paper badge. Your QR code pass is always available, even offline, for check-in at the venue and session rooms.

SPEAKERS Explore speaker profiles, bios, and the sessions they're part of.

CONNECT Find and message fellow delegates, request meetings, and build your network before and during the Summit.

VENUE MAP Find your way around the Kigali Conference Centre with an interactive venue map.

FIELD TRIPS Browse and book optional field trip excursions alongside the main programme.

STAY INFORMED Get real-time push notifications for session reminders, announcements, and messages — plus a live feed of what's happening now.

SECURE SIGN-IN Protect your account with Face ID or Touch ID for quick, secure access.

Registration for the Summit is managed separately at my.afs-forum.org. This app is for confirmed delegates, speakers, and event staff.
