I moved away from the facilities during the pandemic and this app has been a lifesaver for me, both on a mental and and physical level. The workouts are fun and well organized. Being able to interact with the instructors is great on a motivational level. Can’t say enough good things about AFS!

Great variety of workouts for all skill levels.  When you can’t get to the AFS gym, these workouts will keep you in shape! Use them all week long!!
