I have repeatedly tried to register for this platform without success. I keep getting: “Sorry an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again.”

I downloaded the app and put in my info and lo and behold i have to make a donation to download the membership card - it does not have an option to “not donate” - i think the union fees should be more than enough to cover administrative expenses - FYI with all the scams i am not comfortable in giving out my credit card or account number - disappointed

The app requires you to enter a verification code sent to your email, but if you leave the app to go to your email to get the code, the app refreshes and you can’t enter it.

Like everyone, I got an e-mail asking me to download this app. I did, figured “why not?” Well, just like everyone, I entered my info and hit submit, nothing. Closed the app, tried again, nothing. Well, since then they fixed that. But now I go into the app and all it shows me is my membership card. Why do I need an app? I have a card. The app provides nothing more than a digital version of the card. It doesn’t tell me discounts, it doesn’t tell me anything. I can take a picture of my card with my phone and have the same thing… don’t waste space on your phone.

Sign up nothing happens now it says it doesn’t have my phone or email that matches any records. I have been in union 15 years. Guess I’ll Stick to the card

Tried entering my information multiple times, even deleted and reinstalled the app, but it would not accept information and create eCard.

Received an email from my union about using the new app. App downloads, I am able to entire in my name and number, but when I hit “ok” nothing happens. It’s “stuck” and will not proceed for me to finish.

I spoke to Chad Carter he walked me through the process of obtaining my member ecard. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a great experience. I received excellent customer service. Thanks Chad!!

Downloaded iPhone version and it doesn’t work. Entered my information and it just spins and that’s it.

Hotfix fixed issue.

I was able to login and can see the card just fine in-app, but the “Add to Apple Wallet” button does nothing. The “app support” button here in the App Store just goes to the general AFSCME homepage, so 🤷🏻‍♂️.
