## What is AFT Strong?

Log It. Score It. Instantly.

AFT Strong scores the Army Fitness Test the way it is actually graded — instantly, against your own age and gender standards — then keeps every result so you can watch your progress over time. Built for soldiers, and for the graders running a whole unit.

SCORE ALL FIVE EVENTS
Type your raw numbers on a purpose-built keypad and watch the points land as you go:
• 3 Rep Max Deadlift (MDL)
• Hand Release Push-Up (HRP)
• Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC)
• Plank (PLK)
• Two-Mile Run (2MR)

Standard Mode walks you through one event at a time with pass guidance ("+3 reps = +4 pts"). Xeroxis Mode takes all five results in a single line — 340 42 112 310 1745 — and scores it as you type.

Scoring follows your age group and gender, with the right pass threshold applied — 350 points for a combat MOS, 300 general. You always know where you stand and exactly how many points you still need.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
• Full history of every test, expandable to the complete score breakdown
• A tappable chart for any single event, or your total, over time
• Latest score, personal best, average and the change since your last test
• Achievements with live progress, so you always know what to unlock next

GRADER MODE
Running a unit? Keep a roster, log results for each soldier, and grade a whole group in one pass:
• Batch grading — every soldier's scores in one keypad-driven flow
• Race Mode — one timer for the heat; tap a runner's card at each lap and their 2-Mile Run is scored the moment they finish
• Per-soldier history and detail
• Export graded results for the record

BODY COMPOSITION
Waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) tracking aligned with Army Directive 2026-13, including the maximum passing waist measurement for your height.
