## What is After Extinction?

INCOMING TRANSMISSION — FIELD OPERATIONS DIVISION
You have been selected for a temporary night assignment at an isolated Department of Natural Resources observation facility.
The previous reptile specialist is no longer available. Until a replacement can be arranged, you will monitor the surrounding forest, document unusual animal activity, and keep the station operational from midnight until dawn.
The facility is old. Power is limited. Recent wildlife reports are incomplete.
Remain inside. Follow your equipment manual. Do not abandon your post.
Welcome to the night shift.

AFTER EXTINCTION is an atmospheric survival-horror game in which careful observation, resource management, and quick decisions determine whether you live to see daylight.
Monitor interior and exterior cameras, investigate movement beyond the observation windows, and listen for signs of approaching prehistoric animals. Every creature behaves differently, and no single defensive system can protect every entrance.
Conserve the facility’s limited hydroelectric power as you operate lights, cameras, and specialized defensive equipment. Waste too much power, react too late, or mistake one threat for another, and the station may not hold until morning.
