## What is After Stories?

After Stories is one private place for your group's plan: a dinner, a birthday, a night out, a weekend away, the kids' match. Plan it together, live it together, and wake up to the story.

Group chats are where plans go to die. The answer to "what time was it again?" is 300 messages up, and the photos never leave everyone's phone. After Stories gives every plan its own event, with one clear next step.

START FROM A TEMPLATE
• Plan together: find the day, the place and the plan with your friends.
• Party: invite, chat and share the photos.
• Game day: the match, the meeting point and the car pool. Every parent sees who drives which child, out and home, and anyone can move a child.
• Free form: choose what the event gets.
• Give every event a cover picture that everyone in it sees.

PLAN IT TOGETHER
• Create an event. It only needs a name.
• Invite people with a link, a code or a QR code. The link opens the app, from Messenger too.
• Ask the group: which film, where to eat, which day. Vote right in the chat.
• When something is settled, it moves to Event details at the top: the time, the place, who brings what. Nobody has to scroll back for it.
• Share a place as a venue, with its address and a Maps link.
• One evening or several days: a weekend or a festival gets one event, with what you decided shown day by day.

LIVE IT TOGETHER
• Start the event, and everything happens in one stream: messages, photos and places.
• Like a photo or a message with one tap.
• Always know what's next.

WAKE UP TO THE STORY
• The morning after, everyone gets the summary: the most-liked photo, the most-liked message, what you decided, and a few numbers.
• Save all photos to your phone in one tap.

PRIVATE. THEN IT'S GONE.
• Only the people you invite can see an event. No feed, no followers, no strangers, no ads.
• Never your location. Photos are stripped of location and camera data on your phone, before they are uploaded.
• 48 hours after the event ends, it is deleted for everyone. Save the photos first: you'll get a reminder before it goes.
• Sign in with Apple. Delete your account in the app at any time.

Up to 50 people per event.

Your next plan starts with a name. Create it now, and send the link to the group.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-11-05

New in 1.4: more templates, from us and our partners.
• The template gallery shows new templates as soon as they are published. A Special badge marks the ones to look for.
• Got a code from a partner or an organiser? Type it in the gallery to unlock its template.
• A partner's template shows its logo on the event, on Home and in the morning after.
• Some templates include Pro: every photo in the event is kept in full quality.
• Up to 100 people per event, depending on the template.
• Sign in with email is now a login link: type your address and open the link we send you. No password.
• Home opens faster, and many small fixes.

### 1.3 — 2026-11-03

New in 1.3: events over several days.
• Several days: a weekend away or a festival is now one event. Decided shows what you agreed day by day, and a live event says Day 2 of 3.
• After Stories now speaks 45 languages, from Arabic to Vietnamese.
• A clearer Home: Create comes first, each event says Planning or Ready, and a dot marks what is new.
• The morning after puts Save all photos first, with the count, in the last 24 hours before the event is deleted.
• In the car pool, tap a child's row to move them to another car.
• The event's details stay on top, and many small fixes.

### 1.2 — 2026-10-31

New in 1.2: original photo quality.
• After Stories Pro and the Event Pass: upgrade an event, and every new photo in it is saved in original quality, for everyone in the event.
• A faster start: a new event asks only for its name. The template's questions wait at the top of the event until you answer them.
• Edit a poll: fix the question or an option until the first vote.
• The "+" in the chat lists the template's questions, and the keyboard no longer hides it.
• Deleting an event no longer crashes the app, and many small fixes.

### 1.1 — 2026-10-29

New in 1.1: templates.
• Game day: share the car pool for a children's match. Every parent sees the cars and who sits where, out and home, and anyone can move a child.
• Plan together, Party and Free form: start from the template that fits your event.
• Cover picture: give every event a picture that everyone in it sees.
• Event details: what's decided and who brings what, at the top of the event.
• Invites: links show a preview in Messenger and open the app.
• Clearer buttons, a clearer start to the event, and many small fixes.
