Every time I send rss support to others it sends it to someone don’t know. The support button is not working on the game and trying to report a problem only gives me options to report problems about purchases. I have uninstalled and re-installed game on phone and on bluestack. Still the same issue. There should be incentive to attack bases around the same level. Without this small bases can't grow and loose troops, this kills the game. Please implement a 3-5 base level feature for attacks so those who are severely underleveled won't suffer massive losses and players will attack similar level bases. ### 1/5 — Devs/support don’t care! *2023-12-03, version 1.12.9* What could have been a great game, and one which I was planning to review on social media, has now, like others become a game that wants every penny but customer service is non existent, ever! Gear worn doesn’t give the full discounts Buffs don’t give the right discounts They up and up rss needed for building level which is beyond ridiculous. Players join and leave within a matter of days as a result. If they really cared that much about there customers they’d show they do. But they don’t. They used to reply, ok maybe a week later, but now you can’t even contact them. The email also never gets replied to. There should be a mechanism in place that a player w/ 4mil BP player attacking a 1mil BP player. There's no way for the lower ranked player to compete. Especially with the pay$$$ players. You still never have enough for troop, building, or research. Even if you focus on 1 at a time. All it takes is 1 attack and now all rss are gone to just healing. So, I decided to give this game a try, too. But, on the second day of playing, I faced a problem where the game forced me to click on a radio station. However, the prompt was not clear, and it took me a while to figure out what to do. Eventually, I was directed to a menu for a strategic center, which required city hall level 6 to unlock. Even though I tried several times, I was unable to place the strategic center, and the game kept prompting me to do so. I believe it might be a glitch in the game, and I hope the developers will fix it soon.
