Taking away the visibility of when your repayments are due, needing weekly payments but only showing a fortnightly total now so having to individually calculate the required payment for that week and the ability to consolidate multiple payments and do them as one lump sum each week have all been taken away and not for the betterment of the customer. This app used to be quite user friendly but not anymore.
