## What is Afterwise?

Some decisions only make sense after time has passed.

Afterwise is a quiet decision journal for choices worth revisiting.

It does not tell you what to choose. It does not push you to be more productive. It simply gives you a calm place to record what you chose, why you chose it, what risks you saw, and when you want to look back.

Use Afterwise to record:

- A product decision
- A career choice
- A personal purchase
- An investment thought
- A life decision
- Any choice you may want to review later

Each decision can include your options, final choice, reasoning, key assumptions, biggest risk, and review date.

When the review date arrives, return to what you wrote. See what actually happened. Notice where your judgment was right, where it was off, and what you might do differently next time.

Not every answer appears at the moment of decision.

Write down your reasons. Let time answer.

In this update,
we continued making your recorded decisions
easier to review, revisit, and understand.

Images in decision details
can now be opened in a larger preview,
so screenshots, notes, and important context
are no longer limited to small thumbnails.

Review dates can now be changed
directly from the decision detail page.
Only the review time is updated;
the original judgment and update history stay unchanged.

AI Insights have also been improved.
Insight reports are now formatted into clearer headings,
paragraphs, and lists,
so they are easier to read.
Insight history has been refined as well,
with a cleaner layout, deletion support,
and a unified confirmation dialog.

Writing is a little smoother too.
A voice input button has been added
next to the ordered and unordered list controls,
so you can use system speech-to-text
to capture thoughts, evidence, risks,
or follow-up notes more quickly.

Update reminders have also been refined.
When you choose “Later,”
the same optional update will not keep appearing that day.
The next reminder will wait until the following day,
and the update button now opens the App Store more reliably.

We also polished image preview,
delete confirmations, insight history,
review date editing,
and several small reading and interaction details.

This update is not about making decisions more complicated.
It is about making what you have already written
easier to add to, return to, and understand.

In this update,
we continued to make decision logging
clearer and easier to use.

Creating a decision is now more guided.
From the question itself
to the type, options, reasoning, risks, and review date,
you can fill things in step by step
instead of facing one large form at once.

Decision attachments are now more complete as well.
You can add up to 9 images,
preview them in a grid, reorder them,
and open them in full view.
Images are kept as clear as possible
so screenshots, notes, and context
can stay connected to the decision.

We also added Decision Insights.
You can generate a review reference for a decision,
see the thinking process, revisit insight history,
and check the sources behind the result.
It helps you find useful signals
from the judgments you have already written down.

The Membership Center has also been reorganized.
Unlimited Records, Attachment Storage,
and Decision Insights are now presented
as separate purchase options,
making each product easier to understand.

We also improved profile syncing,
sidebar gestures, delete confirmations, widgets,
and several smaller interaction details.

This update is not about making decisions more complicated.
It is about making important choices
feel clearer, calmer, and easier to revisit.
