Breakups aren’t easy, and I feel like this app gives you a lot of tools in one place to help you process the breakup. More importantly remember why the breakup happened.

This app had me crying, it made me feel so good about myself, i love that you can do it all on your phone and journal, breath and reset as soon as you open this app. This has been a game changer for me.
