Enjoy browsing through thousands of our other home furnishings and home décor items for delivery or free pick up at one of our stores or distribution centers. To use the app, simply select an item that is available in AR, tap the "View in AR" button on the product page, point your device at the floor following onscreen guidance and place it directly in your room! Once placed, you can move, rotate, and view the size and color options of your item on the same screen. After you see how your selections fit and feel in your space, you can share screenshots with family or friends or post to your favorite social pages. No pictures or details. I can’t add to cart. Immediately deleted it! ### 4/5 — Needs fix *2022-08-28, version 1.4.1* Ar Visualizer not working button is missing ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2022-07-26, version 1.4.1* So, I download this app, specifically because it says on the AFW website that I can “view in room” the items I am considering purchasing. So….I download the app and every single thing I try has an error message that says it can’t be viewed in AR!! And yes, I made sure the items I tried specifically said they could be viewed in AR. Total waste of time. If you’re going to recommend an app to your customers that is supposed to help them make a decision whether or not to purchase sometime from you…..then make sure the app actually works. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2022-07-07, version 1.4.1* I wanted to visualize a sectional in my living room and looking at photo is the way I wanted it(with chase on left and corner chair on right) instead it was opposite and no way to change it. Plus I find the scale is off. ### 2/5 — Just as bad as website *2022-06-13, version 1.4.1* This app is so annoying. It won’t let you stay signed in, so you have to sign in every time you use it. Then when you do sign in, you would think it would save all your stuff but it doesn’t. Anything I put in my favorites list won’t necessarily be there the next time I sign in. Some things are there, some aren’t. So I go back and find the items all over again and save them again. But the next time I go in, they may or may not be there (even though a note comes up verifying that you saved it to your favorites successfully). There’s usually a handful of items I saved and the rest are gone, and the ones that do show up are different every time I go in. It’s like they’re all saved somewhere but it only populates a select few to look at, and no way to access the others. Super annoying. Also a lot of times the photo list doesn’t work right and you can’t look at all the images. There’s really almost no difference compared to using the website, except that you can do the virtual feature on some of their pieces. For as big of a company as this is, they need to hire someone better to fix their app and not be cheap about it. ### 1/5 — Horrible App, Useless, falsely advertised *2021-02-11, version 1.3.0* I dowloaded the app in order to use the visualizer to see how the items I like would look in my home, as was advertised in the store.
