Contacted customer service and they told me to undownload the app, restart my phone then reupload the app. I did all that and it STILL keeps saying “unable to connect to App Store”. ### 1/5 — Unable to buy premium *2023-01-12, version 8.104.10889* I’m unable to buy the premium access. When I try to purchase the premium access the top right corner reads “unable to connect to App Store”. Any information on how to get around this? ### 2/5 — Needs Updating *2026-02-07, version 8.104.10889* These questions do not reflect some more recent guideline changes and need to be updated more frequently. Overall similar to FNP mastery but without the comments feature which allows the content to be improved. The explanations are also not as complete. ### 3/5 — Errors in Content *2025-06-01, version 8.104.10889* I would not recommend paying for this app. It’s very expensive, and during the time I had a subscription, I found multiple errors in the content. I even sent screenshots to customer service, but after an initial reply, they stopped responding altogether. Several questions had rationales that contained contradictory information, and when I reached out to the content creators, the only response I received was that they would forward the issues to their editing team—no follow-up or resolution. I now just use the app to answer the free daily questions, but I wouldn’t rely on it beyond that. Also, the book that accompanies the app, contains the exact same questions. ### 4/5 — Good app, except Acronyms *2021-01-08, version 8.11.6198* As in all APA things and healthcare, acronyms are fine, but, they need to be spelled out when first used, especially in questions. Appreciate the explanations with the questions. However, if one doesn’t know the acronym and has to look it up, you are defeating the purpose of the review. The exam will spell out acronyms. Example: MACRA. Never heard of it and had to look it up. ### 4/5 — Nice *2020-10-07, version 8.11.6198* The rationales are amazing, and a nice compliment to my other materials.
