I visited a facility to play indoor golf and they encouraged me to download this and wasted some of my reservation time. I thought it’d be worth it because of how good TrackMan’s app is, but just like the simulator experience it did not live up to my expectations. **Developer response:** Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. Hard to get logged in every time you want the app ### 2/5 — SO RIDICULOUS!!! *2024-03-27* You can sort/breakdown your sessions by date or club….BUT NOT BY BOTH?!?! How stupid and aggravating. Lazy. It should be easy to do. You can’t see if you’re hitting any particular club now vs previous sessions. It just gives you a lifetime average. So stupid. It literally feels like it wasn’t designed by golfers. The app has been around too long for this basic stuff not to be addressed. Could have been a good app ### 2/5 — Must be a 1990’s app *2024-02-22* Pretty basic… shows shot video without identifying which club made the shot… doesn’t always upload shots… pretty useless actually. You then need to login with your username and password, submit your phone number again. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work & no support *2023-11-05, version 3.1.3* I’ve been trying to create a Locker username for a month without any success. It always gives either a “username blocklisted” or “invalid email”. Have tried dozens of different usernames and email addresses. Have put in 3 support tickets (which I got the acknowledgment email for), but no follow up or resolution by Aboutgolf support team. Maybe if I could get it working I could rate it different. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2023-02-04* The way it syncs with my golf clubs computer seems to always have an issue. Once I download my information it’s glitchy where sometimes I’ll go to around a play and I’ll click on it and it won’t show any information and then I’ll hit like course description and then it just popped out of the app so little bit more work needs done **Developer response:** Hi, and thanks for taking the time to review our app! It doesn’t even understand the question ### 1/5 — Poor login experience *2025-12-28* If you are returning to agLocker after a year it will put you in a death spiral of password reset. Worst off it requires your phone number to start but will not use that as a password reset factor. ### 1/5 — Useless. *2025-12-18, version 5.6.0* Where is the point I cannot seem to find it. Garbage app ### 1/5 — Buggy log in process *2025-08-11* I haven’t been able to log in to my account that I’ve had for years for whatever reason, I try the log in process time after time and it without fail brings me back to the sign in page. Sorry for any inconvenience! ### 4/5 — It’s not bad *2024-02-29* The data it gives is terrific, but the app is glitchy. If I’m looking at stats from a round, and I slide my finger on the page the app crashes. Aldo when looking at the score break down for a specific round, the total score is cut off, I wish the screen was adjustable or you would shrink it to fit so I could see it. I use an iPhone 14. ### 4/5 — Good but Buggy *2024-02-29* It’s a good app but can be quite buggy. It habitually crashes and I have to go through the whole log in process each time( sometimes it doesn’t like to log in when this happens). I had to do this numerous times within a couple hours. Also refuses to track any flag hunter match I’ve ever played and I think I’m up to around 15 or so. The last round I played the shot tracking in the data section was nowhere near accurate. It would randomly show I teed from anywhere on the map and show I putted in water. Also zigzagged and curved around all over. I do enjoy all of the data logging and awards that come with using the app, it’s rather useful in improving my game.
