### 3/5 — They need to do better

*2026-06-18*

The app is good but they need to do better about the rides price tag and the support is terrible you can’t even contact the support via text and they have to an early cancellation when you get to the destination and the ride was already cancelled by the rider and you have to wait 10 mins to mark no show this waste of time and the phone support the waiting time is horrible

### 1/5 — A terrible experience

*2026-06-16*

Drive support and dispatch like fake,

### 3/5 — A Strong Foundation That Still Needs Refinement

*2026-06-16*

I’ve been using the new Agape Driver app since launch, and I wanted to share some constructive feedback from the perspective of a driver who uses the platform every day.

First, I want to say that I think the app has a lot of potential. The overall design is clean, modern, and visually appealing. Compared to the previous Trip Bid Driver App, the new Agape 3.0 platform feels like a significant visual upgrade.

That said, there are several areas where the user experience and workflow could be improved.

Trip Organization:
The available trips don’t appear to be organized by proximity. In the previous system, the closest trips generally appeared first, making it easier to quickly find the most practical ride. In the new app, a trip that’s only a few minutes away might be buried lower in the list while trips 45–60 minutes away appear at the top. It would be great to either sort by distance automatically or give drivers the option to choose how trips are sorted.

Pickup ETA Accuracy:
This is probably the biggest operational issue. The estimated pickup time shown in the app often doesn’t match the actual navigation time. I’ve accepted trips that showed a six-minute pickup, only to start navigation and discover that the real travel time was closer to sixteen minutes. In one case, I accepted a higher-paying trip before realizing the pickup location was over 90 minutes away. This not only affects drivers but also passengers, who receive inaccurate arrival estimates and understandably become frustrated when the actual ETA is much longer. More accurate, real-time routing would improve the experience for everyone.

Trip Information:
I’ve also noticed that the payout for some trips is not always displayed. Drivers need to know the compensation before accepting a trip, so this information should always be available.

Driver Support and Messaging:
I appreciate that the new app includes a Driver Support section with pre-selected messages. However, the previous Trip Bid app had a much larger selection of useful options, including messages for wrong pickup, wrong drop-off, ETA mismatch, vehicle issues, personal emergencies, and other common situations. Expanding these quick-response options would reduce the need to call dispatch and make the platform more efficient.

Reliance on Dispatch:
Since the launch of the new app, I’ve had situations where I waited approximately 30 minutes on hold just to report that a passenger no longer needed their trip or that I needed a trip removed. More self-service options within the app would save time for both drivers and dispatch staff.

Login and Device Support:
The app currently requires repeated logins, with no option for Face ID or trusted-device authentication. In addition, the apparent restriction to a single registered device is limiting. Many drivers use both a phone and a tablet, and allowing multiple trusted devices would provide flexibility without sacrificing security.

Overall, I believe Agape 3.0 is moving in the right direction. The app looks great, and I appreciate the effort that has gone into building a dedicated platform. I hope future updates continue to refine the workflow, improve ETA accuracy, expand messaging options, and add some of the convenience features that drivers rely on every day. With those improvements, this could become an excellent app for both drivers and passengers.
