Downloaded the free app and now I need an f’n dealer to unlock it! Glad 90% of my stuff is Deere. I contacted my agco dealer for user name and password. I've tried several times using them to login and in different locations, but it won't let me login to use this app. It'll be quicker driving home to get our parts book than not being able to get this app to work. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Customer *2026-08-12, version 3.0.7* Unable to Use the AGCO Parts App – “Bad Login” Error Unfortunately, we have never been able to use the AGCO Parts application successfully. We can access the AGCO Parts website through a web browser without any problems and log in using the same account credentials. However, whenever we try to log in through the mobile application, we continuously receive a “Bad Login” error. Since the same login details work perfectly on the website, the problem appears to be specifically related to the mobile application. We have never been able to use the app because of this issue. We would appreciate it if the AGCO Parts team could investigate and fix the login problem as soon as possible. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2024-06-26, version 3.0.0* I don’t know if this is the worst app I’ve ever tried, but it’s close. I only need one and there’s no favorite button or stored books tab? I love the quality of the pictures vs what I normally get online. Super easy to search and zoom in and out. However, my MF 5711 book for china so far has only some pictures and has not show a parts list yet. Found another book that’s not on the website, that does have a parts list and works well. Dealer got me set up pretty quick with the login so that’s nice. ### 3/5 — Handy *2017-05-18, version 2.4.4 (5)* Nice tool to build parts lists quickly in the field and to clarify parts needs with customers. Needs to have auto-login option (or Touch ID capability) and needs to have the model database updated to current (new) machines. The app logs you out way to often during the course of the day. Not all of the Agco books are in the app. There are no AC or Gleaner books here along with many others.
