Keep getting user blocked call them they told me it was my phone but yet reading all the reviews it seems like everybody’s having this problem. Customer service at this bank is terrible. They need to do a better job at helping people and not just giving them a whatever answer. ### 1/5 — Needs major updating *2024-02-13* This app was never great, but the past couple months it has become almost unusable. After logging in, it takes forever to load. If you want to click on one of your accounts in particular, you might as well take a nap, waiting for information to come up and be able to scroll through transactions. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-06-06, version 4.54.118* Completely useless, worst banking experience in my life. App is worthless can’t cross pay from another bank. Log in is a fight every time. Call support and they are no help as well. It’s not my phone it’s your app. All settings on the phone & in the app are set correctly, yet every time I open the app I have to manually log in. A bank rep even told me her husband has the same issue and was surprised when I told her the facial rec software that “they don’t have” worked fine until the most recent update.
