Does need work especially Tech support. My game froze/locked where I could not play the game and it forced me to delete and redownload the app. I kept my pet, mount and the level where I left off at, but lost all my gear and when I reached out to tech support to help me they did not give me a response or at least a compensation for losing all of my “god tier” equipment. Another issue I have come across is the game freezing mid-gameplay forcing you to close the app and open it back up again. These are the only issues I have come across I hope the tech support team fixes these major issues with the game and can at least incorporate a compensation system to at least recover one to two “god tier” pieces of equipment when you are forced to delete and redownload the app so you can continue to play the game. ### 4/5 — Bugs bugs bugs *2026-07-30, version 1.13.4* Fun game and all. I’m down to -967/15 so it’s counting my runs but needing to do 1014 runs to prestige again seems a tad excessive to me. However- the game freezes frequently, mounts don’t retain upgrades, and you reach a point where you pretty much have to buy their passes and/or watch a ton of ads to continue progressing. The issues make the game incredibly frustrating to play and their patches are infrequent and ineffective. ### 3/5 — Game has a huge bug right now. *2026-05-27, version 1.13.3* I’ve been playing for about 6 months. You know something to relax and downtime. When you prestige later in the game it’s nice so you can become stronger but all of a sudden instead of 15 attempts to prestige it’s now saying I have to play 1000 times to be able to upgrade anything. Every time you try to level up your weapon it doesn’t stick to the next level, I can’t believe I wasted any money on it. You will hit a wall where the game is unplayable and the money you spent is basically throwing it away. Imagine spending money on Fortnite and you can’t load into a game consistently. Around level 650-700. You will genuinely be surprised if you finish a run. I have the 17 and graphic on low and I still can’t do 2 runs in a row. Dangerously close to uninstalling because it’s frustrating to not be able to complete a run. My game was running smoothly for a bit but now I can’t prestige, the events are glitching and not actually accounting for any of the achievements, and the monthly pass thing is greyed out. Disappointing.
