Needs Widget Support *2025-04-16* I’ve tried many other counter apps and birthday trackers and I like this one the best by far. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I really want a widget I can put on my home screen. It’s only missing a way to export data to text so that I can share them for example, and it has also a problem with the sync feature that in some point, will delete all your records. ### 4/5 — Helpful app! I use it for my pets. When I go to the vet I have all their birthdays and current age right on my phone. It makes it so easy. I had another one similar before this one and it disappeared one day. I’m not very pleased. I emailed “Theo” but of course no response and still don’t have any of my birthdays back. Frustrating as I had over 30 birthdays entered that I loved having the reminders for so I never forgot anyone. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2026-04-12, version 5.3.3* A few weeks ago this app changed all the birthdays by one day. Had to update them all again. Now it just erased the years of all the birthdays. I am going to submit a refund. I don’t know what he is doing to this app, but is destroying it with updates. Do not waste your time. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-04-12, version 5.3.2* Removed all the birthdays, added lots of ads ### 1/5 — Love it but can’t depend on it *2025-09-23, version 5.2.4* I’ve had this every years and love the way it’s set up. However, over the last few years, it will randomly change birthdates so it’s annoying to correct everything & have the dates change. From a programming mindset this should be locked in once entered. After going to settings and made a couple of changes and I purchased unlimited birthdays, everything was gone and I have to start all over. ### 1/5 — No Longer Usable *2025-02-23* This app worked fine for tracking the ages of my foster animals. Then one day all the data disappeared. They made a fix and the data was eventually restored, but now after the update I just get long, continuous ads. I was even willing to pay a small subscription fee to get rid of them, but I can’t leave the page I was on. Every time the ads are over and I hit save, the ads just come back. **Developer response:** Hi Jos280, I'm sorry about both problems — the data loss and then ads you couldn't get past. That's not the experience I want anyone to have, least of all someone tracking foster animals. I entered a bunch of nephews and nieces into this app that I don’t have iOS contacts for. Sometime in the last month or so they were deleted from the app. I actually quite liked this app until that happened. With the latest release, contacts are a one-time import rather than a background sync — just open the contact import in the app again and pull in whatever is new or has changed. No unchecking and re-checking required. I do have one recommendation: if there’s any way to add “folders” for groups of people’s birthday.
