I’m helping my little brother .I got him registered and downloaded the game. And he made a new character. But when he logs into the game the app keeps closing on him .He’s using his apple iPad 8th generation . What can be casing this?

Its truly a wonderful game to level up and enjoy. With various character to choose from with different skills. I just wish that there is a team gaming mode where all character can join together to hunt and loot rare items. At the moment solo gaming is focus, hoping for team gaming as well
