I was try for a ship and we’ll no diamonds no ship. ### 1/5 — Reprehensible App horrible! *2021-04-15* I have NEVER seen such a HORRIBLE app support, I have spent thousands of $ on this game and after 20 attempts to contact the crooks no response to help. If you make any purchases from these con artists you deserve to be taken, this behavior is totally reprehensible. Buyer beware! All I asked was to have my credentials restored, they could not do this. This is not even worth one star. Won't load up past the check for updates screen anymore even tho I was able to download the patch and log in yesterday. Now the app is broken. ### 1/5 — Gone to pot *2017-03-14* This used to be a fantastic game since they sold the company to someone else it's fallen apart. I've spent loads of $ in this game and they don't even respond to your emails when things go wrong, and they often do. I've played since this game launched and top 25 in the US, sadly my money I invested is gone since the developers only care about their newly published titles.
