This app motivates me to establish healthly habits- nutrition,physical activities,sleep.It encourages me to pay attention to my meals, daily exercise, supplements intakes so I can get 75+ lifestyle score! Great way to control your biological age. 
3+ months using this app along with taking Age Factor supplement. So many positive changes - weight is down by 5lb, feeling more energetic!
