Well that’s about it! I downloaded the app and the opening page asks for my email so I put it in. A message comes up saying my email isn’t recognized (duh). No option to do anything else. Guess I won’t be working with them!

I can’t even log in. I have created and account. I’ve done everything correctly and redownloaded it a bunch of times it just won’t let me log in. It just says loading for ages… what is that about?

Doesn’t allow you to update your schedule. This needs an update because the website can be very hard to access if you don’t have a specific link to your account.

Unfortunately my agents aren’t getting my messages when messaging through the app. Also, unable to upload files unless on a desktop.

Even the bank, credit card, insurance, loans apps, etc., have the decency to encrypt your account numbers, tax IDs and personal ID numbers. This app literally spells out every little detail, leaving you exposed and vulnerable to hackers. You can do better than that, Syngency. Sheesh!

This is good! Really good. But I am just having a small issue nothing too serious. I have filled out everything I needed to fill out for my profile, but it is still saying that my profile is incomplete. I don’t know if it is me missing something or if something is wrong I don’t know. But over all it is good. Really recommend 👍

There is no option I can find to upload images by mobile. And can’t even upload my profile photo. Needs a lot of update and fixing.
