## What is Agendara?

Agendara is a calendar-aware task planner. Tell it what you need to do and how long it takes — it works out when to do it by reading the meetings already in your calendar and slotting work into the gaps you actually have.

WHY AGENDARA

Most to-do apps give you a flat list. Most calendars only know about meetings. Agendara bridges the two: every task carries an effort estimate, and the scheduler turns those estimates into time-blocks that respect your real availability, your work hours, your deadlines, and your priorities.

CORE FEATURES

• Effort-based tasks — set how long something takes, not just when it's due
• Automatic scheduling — Agendara places work into free slots, around meetings and across days
• Priority and deadline aware — higher-priority and tighter-deadline tasks get scheduled first
• Milestones — split a big task into sequential steps, each with its own effort and optional break days
• Projects — group related work, color-coded, scoped to Business or Private
• Work hours and private hours — define when Agendara is allowed to plan business work and when it can plan errands or personal projects
• Calendar integration — connect Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (CalDAV), and read events from your iPhone's local calendars
• Holiday and event filters — exclude all-day events, holidays, or matching event titles from your availability
• Prep tasks — auto-create a preparation task ahead of any meeting
• AI milestone generation — turn a one-line task into a structured plan in seconds (Premium)
• Apple Reminders two-way sync — keep tasks and reminders in lockstep across all your devices (iOS, Premium)
• iCal feed — subscribe to your generated plan from any calendar app
• Progress and streaks — daily completion, current streak, and seven-day trend
• Native dark mode, English and German, Face ID / Touch ID lock

PRIVACY-FIRST

Calendar access is read-only by default. Your data lives in your account and can be exported as a ZIP or deleted at any time from the web app. Reminders sync runs locally on your device — Agendara never stores the content of your reminders on its servers.

PREMIUM

A Premium subscription unlocks Google Calendar sync, Apple Calendar (CalDAV) sync, Projects, AI milestones, and Apple Reminders sync. Free users keep the core planner with iPhone calendar event read access and unlimited tasks.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Agendara Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
