## What is Agent Apps?

Agent Apps turns a conversation into something you can act on.

Instead of sending a link and hoping the other person follows it, you send an interactive card. It sits in the thread, both people can see it, and when the action is done the card updates itself in place — for everyone. No screenshots, no "did that go through?", no leaving Messages.

Paste a Linq payment link to request a payment, and the amount and description are read straight from it, so the card can never say something different from what is actually charged. Or ask someone to add a payment card, and the card in the conversation confirms it the moment they do.

Both are completed on a secure page. The app itself never sees, handles, or stores card details, and there is no account to make and no sign-in.

## Key features

- Send payment requests as interactive cards
- Automatic amount and description from payment link
- Secure checkout via Linq
- Real-time payment status updates
- No manual entry of payment details

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-08-12

A new name and a new look. AgentKit is now Agent Apps, with a refreshed icon in the Messages app drawer. Everything else works exactly as it did.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-06

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 1.1 — 2026-07-29

New: ask someone to add a card through Agentcard. Alongside payment requests, you can now send an "add your card" request as an interactive card. The recipient taps it, adds a card securely through the connected wallet, and the card updates in place - for both of you - once the card is added.

Also in this version: the compose drawer and card screens are now served by Linq, so visual improvements and reliability fixes reach you without an app update, plus improvements to how cards update in place when an action completes.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-24

No release notes.
