I can’t edit my profile, add/delete photos, check listings (even though I have a paid subscription), it’s not worth it anymore. ### 3/5 — Bugs and limited opportunities *2021-07-06, version 6.1.10* App has issues - like notifications not being received when getting new DMs, menu buttons not working, etc. Also, $5/month is a bit expensive given the listings on here are very limited even though I live in a major city. ### 2/5 — I can’t sign up *2021-05-23, version 6.1.10* Yesterday I was recommended to this app and I was really excited but I couldn’t sign in so I try again today and still can even sign in! I was wondering if someone could help me why I can sign in I already give the information but it looks like the app is not working, if someone know please let me know. ### 5/5 — Best Modeling Platform *2019-05-14, version 2.4.18* I found out about Agent roughly one year ago- and I’m so glad I did. Their platform makes it easy for users to access, message, and deal with clients in a perfectly controlled manner. If you ever have an issue, the company’s Agent Assist icon can get you in touch with someone who can help within minutes. They pay immediately after the gig, and to top it off users on both sides have to go through a thorough background check, and when I’m going to a job, I’m not nervous in the slightest about a sketchy client. It’s just like going to any other direct booking through an well known agency. Her skin is perfect for skin care. ### 1/5 — Possible Sexism & Discrimination *2019-02-12, version 2.4.13* Since they decide to be so vague and give no reason or explanation of why I was not approved. I'm going to then go ahead and assume the answer. If they wish to properly explain why I will change this. I wear makeup for many shots and have a girls figure from being so thin but am male mixed. I gave them the close, medium, and far they requested and this is the only place to decline me and give NO reasonable explanation and saying I can apply again in Aug. Again IF I get a real answer or my account activated as it should be, I'll check this review. Am I being extreme? Sure but if I'm going to get no answers no explanation and the only ones to do this then I'm going to assume extreme answers because if they had simple good reasons they would say so. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. There background checks aren’t followed through, and when they finally did take over a month to reply, they said I wasn’t fit and they didn’t give me a reason, they just said sorry, we are only looking for models. Okay... ### 5/5 — In love! *2019-01-15, version 2.4.12* I tried this app along with others that had a similar concept, but this one is years ahead of the rest. It’s easy to use, working with clients is transparent, and the cancellation policy makes me stress far less about being flaked on. This app is perfect for staying booked up and finding new teams and clients to build professional relationships with. 10/10 would recommend to their stressed out model friends. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2022-12-15, version 6.2.1* This app used to be amazing when the original founder was working there. I heard through the grapevine that everyone was let go during the pandemic and the founder left. Ever since then, this app has been a dumpster fire. You can tell even through the reviews of when it started changing. Now they want to charge you for everything and no updates have been made in months. The guy who is running it now is a total jerk who is just money hungry and only cares about investors over the actual product. They honestly should just shut it down instead of ruining what once used to be a great app. ### 1/5 — Scam jobs , bad customer service *2022-10-23, version 6.2.1* I have subscribe to this app and I have been scammed and customer service is so slow they don’t even answer to e mails and 300$ for per year is extremely expensive if you compare to the jobs they are providing. ### 1/5 — worst freelance modeling app *2022-08-28, version 6.2.1* ive been on this app for about 3 weeks now. with Agent, i’ve had the same 4 castings to choose from this entire time. The only way more castings appear if if i modify my rates and even doing that only shows me more castings that have already been scheduled to shoot months ago. They claim that this is because they only show you what meets your specifications but it’s very scammy. i joined several modeling apps and casting websites around the same time and this is by faaaaar the worst one. ### 1/5 — Makes it extremely difficult to cancel payments *2022-01-22, version 6.2.0* They make you “contact support” to cancel your premium subscription to make it more difficult for you to cancel it. This is so that they can make more money. Notice how it takes two seconds to pay them but days to stop them from taking your next monthly payment. Do not pay them because they will give you a world of headache. There is no way to stop paying them without having to speak to their idiotic support team. This should be illegal and you deserve to be sued. Hopefully you will. ### 1/5 — Waste of time and money if you’re not the standard model *2021-06-13, version 6.1.10* I had the app for two months and the only jobs that were available to me were for models who are 5’7 and up, even though the app says they’ll only give you jobs in your category to your type. So I couldn’t even submit. There was no point in buying the subscription to just sit around with nothing available to me for 2 months. Very scammy. Including the social media analytics. Never changed. Never updated. Scam, scam, scam. ### 1/5 — DONT USE THIS APP!!!! *2020-02-04, version 5.0.38* If I could give this app a 0 stars I would. I am a plus size model and wanted to expand my portfolio. I did the application and was denied with the explanation that I am not fit enough to be a model. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. I would never ever use this app or tell my friends to use it either. ### 1/5 — An attractive looking absolute waste of time *2019-12-30, version 5.0.22* While the app looks appealing, like it could fill a niche, it ends up being a complete waste of time. Unfortunately as it stands, you will have better luck on sites like model mayhem, purpleport, or even skimming hashtags on Instagram. I’d say it’s worth a look if you have time to kill/waste. ### 1/5 — Has to be fake ... I don’t recommend using agent *2019-11-25, version 5.0.12* I’m a succesful model signed to THREE of the biggest agencies and I’ve been all over tv literally , I’ve worked with the most famous designers and directors in the world and was told I have to be a professional to have an account 🤣 I only made an account so I didn’t have to go to my agency for everything and give them a percentage ... 👎🏻 they clearly aren’t professionals and don’t know what they are talking about . One star for effort though PRETENDING to be legit ! I’m actually very well known too ! If Vera wang and Tommy Hilfiger work with me regularly I’m sure that makes me a professional on top of that I have a very FAMOUS family . I’m sure the owners of this app haven’t been to any of the exclusive places and fashion weeks I have been INVITED To classify what’s professional and what’s not clearly ... I also worked with Jordan Peele and other celebs who told me I’m absolutely gorgeous ! I’ve also been on the news for my modeling as well ! I do NOT RECOMMEND this wannabe app . CANT even identify a REAL MODEL LOL 😂 Wish ZERO stars was an option . ### 1/5 — They will charge you in secret *2019-10-05, version 5.0.10* Beware of this app. They will go ahead and randomly charge you for a shoot if you want to postpone it, even if you didnt want set an actual date. Use their competitors Swipecast and Newbook, much better selection and they wont do any of this crap. ### 1/5 — Horrible the WORST *2019-10-03, version 5.0.10* This is the WORST site ever. First they have to approve you, an then they get back to you an see weather or not your good enough for THERE site. It’s as if you have to be a superstar or born with a silver spoon in your mouth. To rate THERE sites and be eligible. God forbid you weren’t. However I do NOT recommend this site to anyone. An when you DO get knocked down an told well not now but you can try back in about 5 months. So what’s the story on that. An as I said. It’s BS this site. So if I were you I wouldn’t bother TRYING. it’s a WASTE of time. I had a brief email with the President of the company and he seems like a quality guy too. Overall I can say they “got it” right! This is the future if your a pro in the biz or a newbie jump on board as I think this will be the way jobs are booked.
