The AGF App has truly helped me in so many ways with all of the tools it includes. The workouts, the structure and accountability with the daily check-ins and optional challenge chat, the nutrition tracking option, the resources from Alicia herself, and so many other intentional features in this app have made it a pillar in my 150 pound weight loss journey. I love AGF!
