Nobody knows what’s going on, service call lady is worn out and doesn’t care anymore. Today I had to update the app and the link in the app sent me to Ohio’s game and fish app…I could go on… Let’s consider this. You push safety and ethical hunting practices, then make us use an app that rarely works right and difficult to navigate. That does not encourage hunters to take the time to purchase the right license. (Not saying that’s the right thing to do) Just an observation of human behavior, if it’s not simple and convenient, it will likely not get done. Unless writing tickets is the goal this year. I really hope y’all make this process better. Youth hunters have to have their own email/account instead of just swapping profiles under my account. Been trying to buy license for a week before mine expire and the app wont even open. Just updated and still wont open. I hunt and fish in several different states and they are all much better than this one. After the longest process for buying something online I’ve ever been through, the app declined a debit card and three credit cards. Every card has plenty of funds. I’m excited to test this new feature. With any new app, you’re going to have kinks to work out. I appreciate how the developers have kept the app simple and effective. With the offline tagging capability, assuming it works long-term, the auto renewal feature, and a quick resource for regulations, this app meets all of my expectations. I hope the developers focus on bug fixes that may need to happen and keep the app simple. Please, don’t bog down the app with too many features. Got to keep same username and password but had to add a couple characters to it. No biggie. Biggest issue found so far is you can’t print your license nor can you update payment information in case your card expires for us that have auto-renewal. ole green pants shows up and a paper copy ain’t on the deer somewhere your gonna get cited.
