My credit card expired and now I can’t change it or update it or even get a response from AGFC via email. ### 3/5 — Just kinda strange *2021-12-16, version 3.2.1* Good app and all I’m 13, so I don’t have any pending game or licenses so I look at the articles and look at details about hunting seasons and fishing. My main problem is: Whats the point of the app if when I tap on an article it takes me to their website? When I want to check bag limits and seasons on deer or something else it takes me the website. I haven’t signed in so maybe that’s the problem (If so let me know). When I click offline mode what’s the point of it if I have to go online to look at what I tapped on? ### 2/5 — App shows last year dates *2020-11-12, version 3.0.9* Has glitch, sometimes you open and it has last year dates. Just opened and showed modern gun 11-10th open date. Needs to at least show year in body if you have issues ### 2/5 — Licenses Won’t Populate *2020-07-09, version 3.0.4* I’ve got a combination sportsman license with stamps and none of them appear in my license section. The app is handy, but it doesn’t help if you can’t access your license if you need it after getting stopped. Game and fish officers dont follow sunrise time listed in their own app. Gave me a ticket for “shooting early even though i shot 5 minutes after the time listed in the app. “His” time was 10 minutes after the time list in the AGFC app ### 1/5 — Cowboy hunter *2019-10-17, version 3.0.2* Need to bring back the sunrise/sunset times. Deleted my trophy case, lic info and more. This is a poorly designed app. The old app was user friendly and easy to use for any body. This new app is ridiculous. For starters the updated app shows up so big on my screen everything is overlapping with no way to correct have even deleted app and reinstalled. Next it dumped my trophy case pictures, could have least warned me of that one. Lastly when I try to tag a deer with it I hit review and submit the next screen locks up doesn’t scroll or anything so I have no way to actually submit. Just ends up in an endless loop says it’s pending but have no way to actually submit. Horrible app especially when it comes possible fines if deer aren’t tagged properly and this is all I have to depend on. Search for it doesn't work. Link to developer website gets a 404 (page not found). What are we paying for? ### 1/5 — APP is CRAP *2021-01-30, version 3.0.10* Not sure why anyone would use this app. It doesn’t not recognize any of me personal info or CID. I tried to renew my license through app, gave up, and deleted from my phone. Just another example of how completely useless AGFC is apparently. So, what is supposed to be easier for Arkansas hunters to use is actually harder since AGFC doesn’t print off good licenses anymore at purchase. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Fix your app! I also lost all pics and info from the Trophy Room. I have over 40 entries with dates, location, and weapon type used for the hunt. This was a very time consuming process (approximately 2 hours) every time I had to start over. This occurred 3 times over the previous 4-5 years. The updated app allows the user to log in and create a true profile. It also has a license section that allows the user to upload multiple licenses. Great feature for parents of younger hunters. I jumped on my iPad after entering all of my data, and the information was synced. Another great feature. The Trophy Room feature is very user friendly. It would be helpful if the app would allow the user to arrange the entries as you prefer. Once entered, they stay in the sequential order as they were loaded. Nit picky I know, but I would prefer to have the ability to sort entries by hunter and year. Another great feature is how easy it is to report the number of deer seen during the hunt. I make a quick entry/submission at the end of a hunting day, and it takes literally 1-2 minutes. The entries also stay on your profile so it’s easy to review stats. If your a hunting fanatic, you will enjoy this feature because numbers get blurry by the seasons end. I checked in 2 deer (in the field) using the app on the last weekend of muzzleloading season. It was incredibly easy. Overall, the app is excellent with the basic features I described. My opinion will significantly change if I lose all data when I upgrade my phone next year. ### 5/5 — Please add Fishing regulations *2012-02-04, version 1.5.2* I would love it if I could look at the fishing regulations. One thing I would love to see is for agfc to intergrate the satellite mallard program into it. It would be great to be able to access that map and see where the satellite birds are. App bug (I guess) said it wasn't legal to hunt in this area and I know that it is legal, but I reported it and am sure they will resolve or explain why it happened.
