Worst support and programme developing team *2020-10-09, version 1.2* Please do your research before signing up for them. Their system is very backward and not user friendly. Many of the configuration does not make sense and requires a lot of extra steps to go around system limitation. Developing team does not have enough knowledge and resources as well. Always do not offer solutions. Most importantly during covid period their online training is clear and easy to understand. Definitely why chain fnb restaurant like Mac Donald’s, kfc and Pizza Hut chose them. For those negative reviews probably have not use other HRM to judge.
