## What is AGILE Chat by UNC?

AGILE is a wellness app that allows anyone to track their physical activity and weight. This program focuses on healthy eating, exercise and behavior change with personalized feedback and motivational tools. AGILE includes educational lessons,  resources, multimedia content, recipes, and location services. Personalized feedback is given based on user performance. Users connect their Fitbit account to AGILE. Users may opt out of data collection at any point.
