The app is just a browser... Kinda disappointing, but I hope to see future updates that actually looks like an app experience and not just a browser window. Agile has a lot of good things going, so hopefully they will stick with it and make this app awesome. Like another reviewer said, mobile experience is the Achilles heel of most CRMs for me. I work from my phone, and that’s not just a fleeting fad. Update: Changed my review from 2 stars to 1 after being prompted to login again and discovering that you can’t edit some settings, like logo upload, on mobile... because it’s just a browser window - not an app! ### 1/5 — Not functional *2019-08-05, version 1.0.2* Doesn’t do anything. The menu on the left is promising but *none* of the options do anything at all. Like a rubbish fake app. And no update in a year. Like: really? This even infringes Apple’s rules when it comes to publishing an app on the AppStore, I don’t know how it can even be online available for download... The app is completely unusable. It does not even provide an opportunity to enter a password. Major delays in screen transitions and button selections. Have to close and reload the app any time I view a document as there is no visible exit button. Desktop experience is better but still not great. Customer support wasn’t great either, pretty sad when I (someone using the program for 2 weeks or less) was pointing out features to the support person that they were not aware of “in 10 years of experience”. Then open it from the icon on your devise, and enjoy the fluid mobile friendly experience. ### 5/5 — Great Marketing Tool *2017-06-21* Both the Agile CRM iPhone App and Web service are great, full of great features and totally intuitive! It’s simply the desktop app wrapped around a mobile app. Hard to manage, operate and get around. There is no where to control what push notifications you get so your bombarded with alerts for anything happening on agile. The one thing that stops agilecrm from being the best is there lack of a true live chat solution which is funny because they started out as a live chat company. Intercom, userengage, drift and new comer freshchat have all pulled away from agilcrm because of this. They have a live chat beta but they are way behind at the moment when it comes to live chat. Others are already integrating kB articles in chats, sending email replies to customers who left your chat and site and even offering sms answers and follow ups. This is the one thing stopping us from fully using agilecrm as our full solution. ### 3/5 — Still needs work *2017-08-07, version 1.0.1* So far I love the functionality.
