## What is Agilysys Member Access Control?

This app is designed to streamline member identification and access management at resorts, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for both members and staff.  

It enables resorts to restrict access to exclusive areas, such as fitness centers, spas, and member dining areas, by verifying members.

  3. The app can be configured as a check-in application, or check-out application, enabling members to verify themselves and check in to authorized areas.

  1. Members can verify their identity using their email, phone number, or membership number. 

  2. The app validates the member's access level and displays the relevant details on the screen. 

  3. Access permissions are tailor-made for each member, ensuring entry only to authorized areas.
 

3. Member Search and Area Selection 

  1. Members can search for and select their desired access areas, such as fitness centers, spas, or dining spaces. 

  2. The app provides an intuitive interface to help members quickly identify and check in to the appropriate areas. 



4. Check-In Process 

  1. Upon selecting an access area, members can check in by verifying their identity. 

  2. Successful check-ins grant access to the selected area, with real-time status updates displayed on the screen.
