App Continued to search but does not show up. Not sure if it’s the app or the scope. I tried using the help link email and the email got kicked back. ### 1/5 — Privacy issues. *2023-12-29, version 1.0.2* This app requires way to much personal identifying information to use. They also advocate sharing that private information if requested to by authorities. I don’t think its offerings are worth the cost of that loss of privacy nor the promise to share your personal data with whomever they deem an authority. Not very American of an “American” company. From the looks of it, the app is not very reliable anyway. ### 1/5 — Wireless won’t connect iPhone 15 *2023-11-26, version 1.0.2* Useless. iPhone connects to the neif hotspot but the app won’t connect to the iPhone. ### 1/5 — Can’t update Thermal *2023-11-09, version 1.0.2* When I go to Software update it says there isn’t a update. I tried it on the iPad and it immediately worked. That ruled out user error. I won’t be lugging an iPad around in the woods to record thermal video. Five minutes later at finally connected and now I am sitting here with the scope beside me. When going to landscape view the screen moves to landscape but the buttons stay in the portrait configuration. This app supports live view in landscape or portrait mode on your phone which is what I wanted. It is user friendly and much easier to navigate. I have had no trouble using this app to access photos on my device phone. Says there is a bad pathway. Unfortunate!! ### 3/5 — Improved but still needs work *2025-06-15, version 1.2.0* Much improved from the app I understand this started as a couple years ago. One of the main areas I really want to see improvement on is the zeroing and ballistic profiles. For zeroing make it look like the thermal where you use X and Y coordinates and plus and minus as left and right. At least then I can look into the scope and see what the coordinates are on the scope and match them in the future. Right now you just have up, down, left, right in cm. I have no idea how the coordinates translate into cm. Make them match! For ballistic profiles, I shouldn’t have to start up the scope and go into the menu to load a basic ballistic profile. I should be able to load hundreds of basic ballistic profiles into the app choose the 5 I want on the scope that night what position I want them slotted into and when I start the scope up they should automatically sync and be ready to go! That’s not that hard of an ask with all of these databases already created. Overall, reasonably happy with the app but, could love it more!! ### 2/5 — iPhone 16 *2025-03-11, version 1.2.0* App doesn’t connect to apple iPhone 16.
