This app is like built during the 90s. Extremely slow, inefficient UX, hard to use and unproductive features. Checkout AIRBNB so you’ll have an idea how to do better UX

Tôi có trải nghiệm ko tốt, hỗ trợ khách hàng rất chậm, hệ thống lỗi đóng phòng nên tôi nhờ mở phòng nhưng kéo dài vài tuần và mail rất nhiều lần vẫn chậm trễ. Thứ 2 về chương trình tăng trưởng, tôi đã yêu cầu dừng và giảm tiền hoa hồng ở mức cho phép nhưng nhiều ngày vẫn không duyệt. Tôi khuyên ko nên tham gia bất kì chương trình nào từ agoda vì họ sẽ ko hỗ trợ mình, ko đoái hoài đến khách hàng chỉ biết lợi bản thân, rất bức xúc

This is the worst app i have ever seen. Non users friendly. I get stuck every time I open reservation page. I can’t even change the rates and after closing booking on the dates still I can see my rooms for booking available.

The app is worse than bad
- constantly rejecting accounts to receive money
- can't withdraw money like other apps
- the procedure is very complicated
- often has errors that prevent you from logging in, please fix the app to be better, too disappointed and extremely annoying to use it

애초에 웹에서는 되고 앱에서는 안되는 기능 있는것도 웃긴데, 지금 계속 상담하라고 창이 떠서 제대로 고객 응대를 할수가 없어요. 왜 이러는거에요?? 이해를 할수가 없네. 
편의성도 제로, 에러도 많고, 정말 안좋은 어플입니다

앱이 작동을 안합니다. 스크린 크기도 안 맞고요 렉도 너무 심하고요 호스트가 아고다 이용해서 아고다도 수수료를 받아가시는데 그럼 앱을 좀 잘 만들어 놔야 되지 않나요?? 진짜 너무 불편하네요.

予約情報の精度が低く、予約確認が不正確なケースが多く発生しています。

また、コメント機能では、入力した内容をAIが勝手に書き換えてしまい、本来伝えたい内容が相手に正確に伝わりません。誤解やトラブルの原因になり非常に困っています。

さらに、サイトやサイトコントローラーとの連携にも問題があり、運営上さまざまな支障が生じています。サイトコントローラー会社の担当者も、この状況には困惑されています。これにアプリとの連携が取れないので、多数の人員で管理なんて不可能です。

その他にも問題が数多くあります！

テレビCMや、WEBのCMなどに力を入れられているためか、予約数は、たしかにありますが、システム面やWEBサイトの品質が追いついておらず、現場ではトラブルが絶えません。

改善できないのかをアゴダへ問い合わせたところ、「嫌なら利用をやめればいい」という趣旨の対応を受け、非常に残念で強いストレスを感じました。

システム面だけでなく、サポート対応さにも大きな不満があります。

現在は多くの予約が入っているため、すぐに掲載をやめることはできません。しかし、この状況が改善されないのであれば、時期を見て弊社は撤退することも真剣に検討しています。

どうか利用者の声に耳を傾け、システムとサポート体制の改善をよろしくお願いいたします。

Literally anything you want to do is going to be a hassle. Absolutely horrible technical support, IF you can even get a hold of one. Stick to Airbnb or Booking.com

### 1/5 — Ứng dụng quản lý và đặt phòng khách sạn tồi tệ nhất !

Agoda và YCS giữ tiền phòng của khách hàng trả cho khách sạn khoảng hơn 30 ngày, đây là sự CHIẾM DỤNG VỐN. Bao nhiêu khách sạn ở khắp các quốc gia sử dụng nền tảng này đang bị lợi dụng. Trong khi đó, nền tảng như Airbnb thường thanh toán tiền phòng lại cho khách sạn sau khi khách check out chỉ cùng lắm 1 ngày. 

Tự động xoá lịch, mở lịch cho khách đặt phòng mặc dù chủ nhà đã khoá lịch vì có khách khác đặt trước. Tôi đã gặp tình trạng này quá nhiều lần và dẫn đến khách sạn bị đánh giá 1 sao lần đầu tiên của khách hàng do bị trùng lịch đặt phòng và không còn phòng cho khách đã đặt phòng. Và Agoda, YCS không bao giờ chịu trách nhiệm cho chuyện này.

Nền tảng này không tôn trọng chủ nhà !

ข้อมูลของโรงแรมไม่ถูกต้อง รูปภาพก็มั่วมาก ทั้งๆที่ข้อมูลใส่ไว้ในระบบหมดแล้วพอถามก็บอกว่าข้อมูลมันลิ้งกับเจ้าอื่น สิ่งที่มันแย่ที่สุดก็คือข้อมูลมั่วข้อมูลไม่ตรง เนื่องจากความผิดพลาดของรระบตัวเอง แต่ให้เรามาตามเรื่องเองอันนี้คือน่าเกลียดที่สุด

อยากได้หน้าตรวจสอบการเข้าใช้งานระบบ การเข้าใช้งาน ycs และ หน้าเว็บ ผ่านเครื่องมือใดบ้าง และสามารถสั่ง log out เครื่องอื่นๆได้ เหมือนระบบจอง expedia

ตอนนี้เข้าตรวจสอบไม่ได้เลย ว่าใครเอารหัสไป log in บ้าง
