The developer seems to have released a version without testing it. Apple have let this slip through their QC. I know it is a radical suggestion but how about some instructions? It shows the current latitude and longitude on one page then on another it asks for them to be typed in! It randomly tells me I am in Africa! It does not produce a map! It does not produce anything useful! Even at the low cost it is a waste of money. I read all the bad reviews but considered that at the low cost it was worth testing. In the current form it is not even worth trying. Very disappointed since with a little development this could offer something that is not offered by other apps.
