## What is AgriTrekker?

AgriTrekker helps South African farmers take control of their diesel and assets. This is the in-the-field companion to the AgriTrekker web app — capture everything as it happens, and manage the full picture online.

Sign up and set up your farm at https://app.agritrekker.co.za, then use this app to:

• Log refuels, tank refills and dipstick readings in seconds
• Keep live tank levels and get low-fuel alerts
• Spot fuel discrepancies early when the numbers don't add up
• Record your supplier's VAT and invoice details on every fuel purchase
• Run repairs and maintenance as a shared job log — notes, photos and meter readings, with everyone on the job notified

Everything you capture syncs instantly to the web app, where you'll find your dashboards, stats and SARS diesel-rebate exports, and where you sign up and manage your account.

Works offline in the field and syncs when you're back in signal.

Repairs & Maintenance, rebuilt:
• New hub screens — search, filter by farm, sort by urgency, jump straight to what's assigned to you
• Every job is now a shared log — notes, photos and updates, with everyone on the job notified

• Field capture keeps working even if a subscription lapses — uploads simply resume once you're covered again
• Delete your own stuck pending-sync entries, with the cost of doing so shown upfront
• More reliable syncing on a shaky connection
• Fixed: EFT customers now get a clear explanation instead of "update your card" if a payment lapses
• Fixed: an unreported repair no longer shows twice in your history
• Fixed: confirmation dialogs no longer cut off the Confirm button for long vehicle names
• Fixed: workers can save a vehicle with no type set, instead of being forced into the wrong one

Upon request from farmers, we've added a screen that shows any logs that are stored offline that still needs to be synced with the server.

This update makes your fuel records more complete and the app more reliable:

• Add your fuel supplier's VAT number and capture the invoice number on each fuel delivery — so your diesel purchases are documented for VAT and SARS
• Log fuel from tanks with no pump meter (jerry cans, gravity-fed tanks) without being asked for pump readings
• Record refuels from an outside fuel source, with its own name and cost per litre
• "Fill Trailer" is now "Transfer Fuel" — move fuel between any two tanks
• Search when picking a vehicle or item on Request Repair
• Clearer "couldn't load — tap to retry" messages instead of blank screens
• Fixes: scheduled maintenance now saves reliably, completed repairs open without errors, and offline logs no longer clash when switching accounts
