## What is Água para o Futuro?

O projeto Água para o Futuro é uma iniciativa conjunta entre o Ministério Público do Estado de Mato Grosso, o Instituto Ação Verde e a Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso. O projeto busca, prioritariamente, garantir a segurança hídrica da área urbana de Cuiabá e o abastecimento futuro de água potável por meio da preservação e recuperação das nascentes. Para que as nascentes possam ser preservadas e/ou recuperadas, uma equipe técnica multidisciplinar formada por geólogos, hidrogeologos, engenheiros florestais, engenheiros sanitaristas, biólogos, entre outros profissionais está envolvida nas atividades vinculadas ao projeto.
Funcionalidades do Aplicativo:
	•	Cobertura em território nacional;
	•	Disponibiliza mapa das cidades selecionadas com as nascentes confirmadas;
	•	Permite ao usuário:
                a)     informar novas nascentes ainda não mapeadas;
                b)     contribuir com o monitoramento das nascentes, enviando mensagens e      fotos sobre eventual degradação ao Ministério Público; 
        •       Recurso da Realidade Ampliada e QR Code;
	•	Saber mais sobre o projeto e seus partícipes;
	•	Canais de contato do projeto.
