No actualiza el pago del mes y no puedo ver los recibos anteriores. Una estrella porque hay que calificar pero ni eso se merecen. Inviértanle al servicio.

No se puede hacer copy/paste para ingresar credenciales. Si tengo un solo recibo vinculado, este me aparece VARIAS veces en un carrousel lo cual es confuso. Es IMPOSIBLE consultar el consumo de agua o ver/descargar siquiera un PDF del recibo. Parece que contrataron prestatarios de servicio social sin supervision ni experienca. La interfaz y diseño valen VRRGAA!! Deberia darles verguenza llamarse desarrolladores.

Inviértanle 3 pesos con un buen programador por favor. Hasta la app de la CFE funciona bien para pagar en línea. Es una pena que estén tan atrasados con este tema. Abusado, señor encargado de Aguakan, no anda haciendo su chamba.

Me pasa que entro y no acepta mi usuario y contraseña, y cuando haces el proceso para crear una nueva contraseña…sigue sin funcionar…es un chiste su app…si quieren les recomiendo a mi programador…

Most ridiculous app I have ever encountered in my life. Not user-friendly at all. No English options and yes, we deserve it because in any English speaking country, we accommodate up to 50 different languages for every single service you can imagine. Especially paying your water bill. I believe they do this on purpose so that they can collect late fees. Also, they do not accept any credit card or debit card other than one’s issued in Mexico? What a joke. They are only mediocre and less than mediocre actually because they know they dominate the water service in the country.
