Be warned, the dispatcher will resort to retaliation (pairing Mobility impaired Seniors/Patients recovering from Post Op Surgeries in high risk SUVs without step stools), deliberately putting your Elderly and Disabled loved ones at safety risk, if you complain about  any of their unprofessional  Drivers. Some of their Drivers discriminate, drive aimlessly with broken GPSs or engage in vehicle on/off boarding misconduct.

 New York State Department of Health should investigate and suspend their contract with health insurance plans.
