## Newest reviews (11 of 70)

### 3/5 — Needs some work..

*2025-06-19, version 27.2*

Not the most user friendly app in the world but helpful for studying!

### 4/5 — RRT RN

*2024-05-18, version 14.1*

Helpful to review and stay up on my ACLS . Have been looking for an easy scenario based review

### 2/5 — Subscription that is impossible to cancel!

*2022-06-12, version 8.87.10045*

It’s okay practice, some outdated info. Super hard to cancel subscription. Been charged once again after I thought I had canceled.

### 4/5 — Effective

*2020-12-19, version 8.40.7649*

EXCELLENT OVERALL for repetitive concise summaries to many questions. Much better than memorizing complicated pathways and boxes from books.
As a board certified EM doc I only sharply disagreed with a half dozen or so questions (out of many). But the problems, and there are only a few, exist more in the structure of the question than the answer. Then there’s the dynamics of resuscitation where many things happen simultaneously making a single answer to “what do you want to do next” easy at work and a dilemma on a standardized test.

### 5/5 — excellent course and the best for me to take for ACLS

*2019-10-10, version 6.8.4625*

although I like the previous version much because it takes me through the course step by step and chapter by chapter, so am not getting lost from where should I start and what part should I take first but the course is really informative and concludes the guid lines in excellent and easy way Its really helpful for ACLS and beyond.

### 5/5 — UPDATED REVIEW

*2019-05-15, version 6.8.4625*

***When I restarted my questions they locked me out! And now there is a new fee for the questions even though I had purchased the app in the past. Scam!!

***UPDATED REVIEW: helped by app customer service Blake. Quick response! Access is back. Very happy.

### 5/5 — RN

*2019-04-17, version 6.8.4625*

Best study anywhere app.

### 2/5 — Quality over quantity

*2018-11-28, version 6.3.4440*

Just finished my ACLS test and used this app to study. There are just way too many questions on this app. I understand the need to drive home certain concepts but it really didn’t have any focus or insight after I finished my 217 question pretest. Adding a bigger question bank doesn’t help as opposed to developing a useful tool. I felt overwhelmed and I’m glad I didn’t pay any money for this app, although I did gain some benefit from using it. I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

### 5/5 — ALS Mastery

*2018-11-18, version 6.3.4440*

Greatest of learning and keeping knowledge 👌🏽

Deeper learning to be on top of the mastery of everything ✅

Awesomeness app that keeps me on track with time 🧐

Knowledgeable and healthy lifestyle learning to dealing with healing and strength praying 🙏🏽

### 3/5 — Good, could be excellent

*2018-08-06, version 5.18.0*

Overall, it’s a great concept for an app, and it is helping me study. My main complaint is that there are a lot of misspelled words, typos, and grammatical errors. It makes some of the information a bit confusing, and takes more time to read. If they fixed all of those errors, it would be excellent. I wish they would concentrate more on having a quality product, and less on expanding the app/adding info. Don’t publish it until it is 100%, especially since we paid a decent amount for the app. I haven’t taken the mega code tests yet, so I can’t comment on those, but I’ve been through the majority of the rest of the information.

### 4/5 — Your Data

*2018-08-04, version 5.18.0*

Where do you get your data when preparing the practice questions? I recently finished a provider class using the most recent student book and was not able to find answers to several of your questions in the student manual.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work on iPhone

*2025-09-14, version 29.2*

Can’t even log in on iPhone

### 1/5 — Sign in

*2025-07-04, version 28.0*

Why do I have to register

### 1/5 — Never received access to app

*2025-01-05, version 23.2*

Have used this app in the past with success, this time however after purchase was not able to access the app. No response to my inquiries and requests for help. Will look elsewhere from now on when time to renew ACLS.

### 1/5 — Not happy

*2020-11-03, version 8.16.6387*

I have tried to discontinue my subscription for several months. The information was very good when I needed a review, but since then I have had problems trying to discontinue my payment

### 1/5 — Don’t get

*2020-04-22, version 8.16.6387*

This app is not free. Don’t waste your time

### 1/5 — Why did I get charged when I bought a finite month?

*2019-02-17, version 6.8.4625*

Maybe it’s the App Store, but once again I sign up specifically for a month—end of story. Only to find that I was charged for a recurring without end.

### 1/5 — Scam!

*2019-02-03, version 6.8.4625*

Purchased and subcribed for the monthly one so i can see the rationale still wont let me. I have to click the subscribe button again to he able to see it. Now im 9.99 poorer!

### 1/5 — Not what I though

*2018-10-22, version 5.26.0*

Many NCLEX style multiple choice which is helpful but I was hoping for more interactive EKG, simulations on mega code etc. and the price is outrageous compared to others that offer mega code simulator.

### 1/5 — Pressure selling tactic (No Full Disclosure)

*2018-06-27, version 5.13.0*

It’s not unusual for a web developer to expect to be paid for their work, but full disclosure up front would be appreciated. Immediately upon logging in to the app, I was advised that I had ONE HOUR to decide whether or not I wanted to upgrade. Not 7 days. Not 3 days. Not even 24 hours!!!

Had you told me the price for premium upfront, I probably would have paid for the app. As a matter of fact, I did pay $19.99 for your competitors app. But you didn’t.

DEVELOPERS: you demonstrate a poor business ethics. Your strategy is completely inconsiderate of the busy schedule of your target audience. You are NOT the type of people I want to do business with. I will seek out other sources. Thanks, but no thanks.

### 1/5 — Good for about 1 hour

*2018-04-27, version 5.8.8*

I downloaded this and planned on trialing for the 24 hours I was supposed to have. Exactly one hour later is said my license had expired and wanted $24.99.
NOPE.
Would not bother with this one. There are plenty others out there.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great review.

*2024-11-04, version 21.0*

Keeps me confident I’m up-to-date

### 5/5 — Thought provoking

*2024-08-29, version 19.2*

Get ready to sharpen your critical thinking skills!

### 5/5 — Great App, but high subscription cost.

*2023-08-26, version 8.102.10743*

Everything requires a subscription now, making fewer apps affordable. It’s ridiculous. We need apps like this to help stay proficient, but how are we suppose to afford it??
-2 stars for high subscription plans.
Very frustrating.

### 5/5 — Jo

*2020-11-24, version 8.40.7649*

Great tool

### 5/5 — Excellent ACLS app

*2020-11-21*

Brilliant for exam revision. Well designed, comprehensive education app useful for ER & Isolated practitioners.

### 5/5 — Excellent questions and explanations, and excellent review of rhythms.

*2020-10-12, version 8.16.6387*

Excellent

### 5/5 — Awesome review of rationales!

*2020-06-26, version 8.16.6387*

Been using this for less than 8 hours and I have found so many things reinforced effectively and efficiently. This is a terrific app for new and old nurses (been a nurse for 24 years). Fantastic source to keep you current if you are in Critical Care or care for telemetry patients.

So glad I invested in this app!

### 5/5 — Awesome!!

*2020-05-26, version 8.16.6387*

I love this app

### 5/5 — Excellent resource

*2020-04-17, version 8.16.6387*

I love the formatting of this app and the thorough explanations. Well worth the money

### 5/5 — 1 star changed to 5 stars!

*2020-02-20, version 8.16.6387*

Edit: I changed my review to 5 stars. When I reached out to customer service with the issue stated below, they quickly helped me resolve my problem and restored my account. Great app, great info, and great customer service!

I paid full “premium” price for this app when it was a “pay once for lifetime access.” (Or something to that affect). I should’ve snapped and saved the screenshot of the add. I often use the app, especially since I transitioned from med-surg to CVICU, to keep information fresh in my mind and learn.
Did an update last week: suddenly it’s changed to a monthly subscription, all my progress throughout the questions is lost, and I have to re-purchase a subscription in order to gain full access. That is NOT okay!!!
