None of the books I paid for I have access to. Nor the new books I just purchased. ### 3/5 — Hide old guidelines *2025-11-22* This app isn’t bad overall. However, as a multi-disciplinary instructor who has been certified over multiple updates, my library is getting full and it is difficult to find the most current materials. I have books still in my library from the 2015 update and no easy way to remove them from view that I can find. They also need to add a download all option so you can download all segments instead of clicking each one, or better yet make it so you can choose to download each one or all at once. The course includes a link to several ebooks which in turn instruct you to download the ebook reader app and then press a “Download” link. All it does is download a text file to my phone. No way to open it in the app. And nothing shows up in the app when I log in with my account. I cannot access the book, and my class is tomorrow. The tutorial has a glitch and will not go away. I cannot swipe past it. I cannot login to it. So it’s useless as the book I cannot read. I tried to read it online and the page does not load. I asked AI, and it had real sources, so I’m not the only one with this issue. Before, you couldn’t scroll or select an icon on the top menu without having to try several times or having it lose your place. Its not buggy for me and as long as you download it you can read it offlinee. You must buy the book from their website. I dont believe you can buy a book from the app. I got the ACLS package and the books read and work fine. Update: After buying this book and using it to pass my ACLS it has been valuable for me to have it as an Ebook. Id recommend this to anyone as it works fine and as intended (and to save the space for carrying the book).
