But I gotta drop 2 stars because this app, man, it's got some issues. I snagged the app at the start of the year and copped some gear like 5 times. First time, it said newbies get free stuff, but I forgot to claim it, and the app didn't even remind me. Next time, I tried to grab it, but it hit me with 'new users only.' I had to hit up customer service, and they hooked me up. Thing is, I'm not new to this app, but every time I fire it up, it's like, 'Hey, new user stuff!' I gotta manually close it every time, such a hassle. Now, about customer service – sometimes they can't hit me back through the app. So, I can't even see my past questions. A bit of a hassle, man. Don't get me wrong, the pants and threads I got are cool. I've even put the word out to my workout buddies. The prices are decent, and the value is solid once it's in hand. But, yeah, they really gotta fix these app quirks, otherwise, it's gonna mess with my groove. Products come direct from china, customer service take weeks to respond back… not worth the trouble. The fit guide is very accurate and the cut and the look of the shirt is even better than l imagined. Of course, as they say, it's very soft cotton material and l love how the crewneck holds up. The first pair of sweats I ordered wore out after two years of heavy use at the gym and casual wear and dried one accidentally in an industrial dryer. I’ve ordered more in a different style (Sunday performance) and they’re comfy and durable for the price. Compared to Nike, Lulu, or Fabletics, these sweats and shorts are very comparable for a fraction of the cost.
