### 1/5 — Đặt đơn 4h mà  bị huỷ đơn

Mình đặt đơn 4h lúc 2h chiều. Báo dự kiến lấy đơn trễ nhất 4h. Mình thấy trễ quá chưa nhận đơn nên mình có nhắn shipper thì ship kêu là chờ 1 chút. 
Tới 5h 45ph chiều nhắn support hổ trợ thì bên support kêu là 4h là 18h48 mới tính là trễ . 
17h thì app báo huỷ đơn. Tài xế nhá máy gọi lại không được và huỷ luôn. 
Mình báo lên app thì kêu thông cảm xin lỗi. 
Nhắm không nhận được đơn thì khi khách báo hỗ trợ nói 1 tiếng để người ta book bên khác. Đặt đơn 4h mà ko app cái mã giảm giá nào còn bị như vậy.

Chất lượng dịch vụ siêu kém. Giá cao, cskh kém cỏi, không bao giờ giải quyết được vấn đề gì cho khách, quảng cáo lố lăng không đúng sự thật. khuyến khích sử dụng app này nếu muốn trải nghiệm chất lượng dịch vụ kém cỏi

Mình book app siêu tốc không áp mã, nhưng ahamove ghép đơn khách, đi lúc 11h10ph trục phạm văn đồng chuyến 9.5km mà tận 12 giờ 07 mới được giao. 

Ahamove tự ý ghép đơn trên chuyến đường của khách book siêu tốc. T đặc đơn ahamove rất nhiều bình thường không để ý nay có đơn gấp mới phát hiện là ghép đơn. 

Từ nay t không dùng ahamove nữa, bên khác người ta có khuyến mãi siêu tốc cực nhanh .
