Won’t let me sign in. Requires verification but crashes every time.

Doesn’t even actually let me sign in. Tells me I have to receive a call to securely sign in but doesn’t work.

I called to complain was told their IT would look into it that was over a week ago-if the app doesn’t serve all your patrons it’s not worth having.   To make matters worse it’s happening during the pandemic.   Not everyone can afford to upgrade their mobile devices every couple of years- support all versions of OS or none.   And for the IT guy-yes I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Crashes more now than it did before!

Mobile deposit is terrible. Tried 5 checks now, all rejected for various reasons. Kind of pointless to have a mobile app that you have to go to the bank location to get anything accomplished.
