At first the app was great and I got good gift cards…until I cashed out 2 of the $1 gift cards. Now they took my points and I didn’t get my $2. Really? Yall that hard up for $2 that you had to scam me out of my points?? The company that did the gift cards “refunded” but Moneywalk hasn’t done anything and there is no way to contact anybody for my points back. This app is trash now. ### 2/5 — Iffy cash value *2026-08-28, version 1.122.0* As other reviews have stated, the app used to be very rewarding but it changed recently. (To be fair it felt too generous getting a £20 Costa voucher for only having walked a bit and watched pointless ads). My question for the developer is on the rewards section at the top it states my points total and an equivalent cash value. For reference it says 11,000 points that equates to ~£17.50 of cash. I cannot find vouchers any where near this value. Is this just a hangover from your old reward tiers? ### 2/5 — Pretty pointless *2026-08-28, version 1.122.0* Been using the app for three months. For the last two weeks it doesn’t want to give credit for any daily points. Takes forever to earn anything. Bonus opportunities are glitched. Seemed cool at first but it’s pretty subpar compared to other options. A name change of the app seems like they’re dodging something and isn’t a good sign for being around long term. ### 3/5 — Does not collect steps from my watch *2026-08-27* Its a good app. My only complaint is that it says it’s connected to my watch but the tracking of my steps comes from my phone and not my watch. So it’s saying I’m not taking a lot of steps when I am so I cannot really connect points from my steps. I have log my steps every day. 100 points walk and 48 sleeping and done the extra service I had my water and done the question of the day. 200 days I will be able to get a voucher for Amazon for £12 not worth it ### 3/5 — Would’ve been 5 stars *2026-08-26* When I downloaded the app at the beginning of the month, I was really impressed with how fast you can earn points. On the first day there wasn’t any ads, which was great. The second day onwards there was ads, which was expected. But at that time I would see ads maybe 40% of the time. But now about a week ago, it feels like the ads have increased to 80% of the time which is very annoying and makes me not want to use the app, at all. I’ve started this app a few months ago like the past few months ago I can really say and I don’t really know how to cash out my stuff or really get things done like that. Can you please help me out and put like Tips or something in the game to help me and help others I love the game, but if you can do that for me, I promise I’ll put five stars🥺 ### 4/5 — Money not vouchers *2026-08-25, version 1.122.0* While the app is pretty good it only got four is due to the only rewards being vouchers, while this is fine if you can earn enough points to get a voucher, I would rather be able to earn money and transfer it to my PayPal account. ### 2/5 — Really can earn money, but sometimes you don’t received the voucher *2026-08-24* Few months ago, this app was great. Really can get some decent voucher. But can’t remember when it started, suddenly all your effort worth 10 times less. But that’s ok, because it will pay for your steps anyway. But the problem is, sometimes you just don’t receive the voucher. It happened to me 3 times in few months already. First 2 times, i contacted with their customer service, AI dealt with my problem, and received my voucher finally. But the 3rd time, contacted with them, they said they will send me the voucher again, but still didn’t receive anything. After the 10 times decrease the points value, plus this missing voucher happened more often than I hope, so I stopped to use this app any more. And also, this app quite likely to miss the points. When you play their games, some reward points just missing. Really really annoying. **Developer response:** We are truly sorry. We know we have disappointed you, and we hope you will give us the chance to earn back your trust. ### 1/5 — NOT WORTH IT ANYMORE *2026-08-23* I really enjoyed this app for a few months, used to get Costa gift cards and enjoy nice coffee with husband during the weekend until July 24th, on that day morning I collected enough points to get another gift card, but just a minute before I was going to redeem my points, a message popped that there are changes in point proportion for the gift cards, that was so upsetting as I was going to get my gift card and been blocked doing it. There were no warning messages, emails or notifications about that. I am just waiting to collect enough points for my final gift card, which will take maybe another 1-2months and will be deleting this app. Is just not worth it anymore, adds became very long, some of them are 2-4mins and gets “frozen “ in the end, you can not cut those adds, specially gambling adds, you need to restart your phone to be able use app again, Orr there is a “glitch “ when you watch adds again and again but your pints not doubling. So far this is the worst of the 3 as 2/3 of the gift cards ordered were never received and customer support has been zero help. About to delete the app but will change this review if they fix the issue - which I doubt will happen. It does not allow me to use the app until I complete it, which is to either ‘consent’ or ‘manage options’. I have completed this a few times now by going through and unchecking the boxes on the first page and then unchecking the boxes for the ‘vendor preferences’ on the second page, which takes a while to complete. This screen pops up when I go into the app and this prevents me from using the app! Why do you keep asking for access when I have already confirmed my preferences multiple times?!!! Fun fact: I can’t afford a new phone! Now I will likely lose all my points without being able to redeem them and I had a lot of points!! This is a foreign app so they never answer any of my questions. Guess I should have known better to trust a foreign app. This app sucks and doesn’t pay out so don’t waste your time downloading it! I’ve deleted it and lost my gift cards and all the effort I’ve put into it! I have several other walking apps that give you rewards and I think this one is by far the best. If you’re willing to spend the time throughout the day to watch the ads you can really rack up points pretty quickly. There are a lot of opportunities within the app to earn points. I also like that for the most part the ads are pretty short. Most of the time you’re not sitting through 1+ minute ads but usually just a few seconds. ### 5/5 — Making Money Walking *2026-08-26* I haven’t cashed out yet but I can feel like it legit if that makes sense. Solid coin collecting everyday before it sets to sleep timer. You can take quizzes and receives coins, even recieve coins by just smiling and overall good app. THE SQUATS PART is my challenge. But if you happen to pull through with it. Good for you. MINIMUM to cash out is for $1 gift cards. You can’t go wrong.
