## What is Aheste?

Aheste (ah-HES-teh) is Turkish for "unhurried" — and that's the whole idea.

If your mornings collapse the moment you have to decide what to do next, Aheste is for you. Build a routine once, then let the app carry you through it: the current step fills the whole screen, a calm timer counts down, and a giant Done button moves you forward. No lists staring back at you. No alarms shaming you.

ONE STEP AT A TIME
Your routine plays like music: one full-screen step, its icon, its timer. Tap Done, get the next one. Distraction-proof by design.

BEAT TIME BLINDNESS
Every routine shows "start now → done by 8:10." While a step runs, the countdown lives on your Lock Screen too — glance, don't unlock.

RUNS OUT OF TIME? NO ALARM.
When a step's time is up, you get one soft tap and a quiet "Still on this? No rush." The timer keeps counting, gently. Reality wins, shame doesn't.

NO STREAKS. NO RED X.
Progress is dots, not chains. Skipped a day? You came back — that's the skill. Aheste never guilts you, not even in notifications.

START FROM A TEMPLATE
Morning Launch, Evening Shutdown, Work Startup, Getting Out The Door, Wind-Down For Sleep and more — realistic steps with realistic durations, written for brains that struggle to start. Fully editable.

GENTLE REMINDERS
A quiet nudge when a routine is scheduled, and one optional follow-up ten minutes later. That's it.

YOUR ROUTINES, EVERYWHERE
A home screen widget keeps today's routine one tap away. "Hey Siri, start my Morning Launch in Aheste" works too — and Shortcuts automations can start routines for you.

IT LEARNS YOUR REAL PACE
Aheste quietly notices when a step always takes longer than planned and offers a one-tap fix: "Shower usually takes 12 min — update the step?" Honest durations make your done-by times trustworthy. (Premium)

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account. Your routines live on your phone and sync privately through your own iCloud — we never see them, and there's nothing to sign up for.

FREE & PREMIUM
One routine is free forever — full player, reminders, this week's progress. Aheste Premium unlocks unlimited routines, the full template library, history & insights with reality checks, Live Activities, and alternate app icons. 3-day free trial; cancel anytime.

Aheste is a productivity tool designed with ADHD brains in mind. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
