### 1/5 — Possibly one of the worse apps I’ve encountered, anywhere!

The app is frustrating, difficult to use, and not at all helpful. It does not provide necessary info, nor does it remember your past visits regarding my pharmacy location.  And it does not permit you to update info yet it easily communicates misinformation because of the lack of site response. I have been left with no medications at times because I thought I had communicated correctly only to find out the site permitted misinformation and did not ask for verification.

If I logged on to my pharmacy account I was expecting to see my list of medicines that I have filled with this pharmacy already in the system. But I had to add them manually. And that was just because I have the bottles... the others I don’t have the bottles so I don’t know how this is helping... 
I found the Walgreens app was helpful in the way of notifying the progress of prescription and being able to see the history and current status of prescriptions being filled.
I didn’t have to enter anything manually... other than that it’s really easy to navigate it’s just not much to it. Definitely keep this simple easy to use graphics interface.

Unable to see complete times for each individual location. Also unable to see the ZIP Code. There is no area for an emergency contact. Other than asking where the labs could be located or where they came from, there is no area for entry of your doctors name.

The app’s pretty basic and a bit clunky, honestly. I was hoping it’d make managing my prescriptions or sorting out issues easier, but I still have to call my pharmacy for everything. Doesn’t really do much for me.

Simple app for refills , needs enhancements. Would be nice to see push notifications when refill ready, auto profile update when your prescription is dropped off it gets added to your profile versus having to manually add it in. And ability to hide and or notify pharmacy of meds that have been discontinued.
