As soon as I click on the app my screen goes blurry like the app is going to open but then it doesn’t. I have tried deleting the app multiple times and even restarting my phone. Another one of our troop leaders has it one her phone and her app works just fine. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work and no easy way to do trainings without it *2021-08-23* I tried downloading this app on my iPhone and iPad and on both, the app crashes before it starts up. Completely useless. If AHG is going to push the app so heavy for the training they need to make sure it works. Otherwise, scrap it and do something else. It worked the first year I used it, 2019 and now when I go in to do my required training, the app doesn’t even load. I have been an AHG parent of two daughters for over 11yrs. One of which has received her Stars & Stripes. I have installed and deleted this app 4 times over the last 7 days and only get a “white screen of death” before my phone returns to its home screen. I am unable to use your app to update my Keys training. ### 1/5 — Sooo frustrating. Lost my training I had started *2021-11-08* I have been really pressed for time lately so had started my keys training….I went back to finish and it’s making me start all over. It’s incredibly frustrating as a volunteer to have to spend a ton of extra time on things that are required. So frustrating!! ### 2/5 — Worked Great Until... *2020-09-22* My first year as an LIT, I had to use this and it worked fine. I could get through the training and everything was great. But now... So this is my second year as an LIT and I need to retake my training. I had deleted the app earlier in the year because of phone storage problems and switched phones recently. But now I redownload the app and get ready to do my training and... The screen is white and it instantly crashes. The most I could get it to do was barely show the login screen before crashing. Idk if this is a problem with my phone, me deleting it, or the app (considering all the bad reviews it has), but this needs to be fixed or else AHG needs to create other training options such as online, app for PC, etc. The app wasn’t bad, this problem just needs to be fixed. And btw AHG... THIS IS COMING FROM A STARS & STRIPES AHG ALUMNA. So please listen and work on it. Mercifully, it gave me the option to start where I left off. However, I ran out of time to complete the training that day.
