Update: Finally found it on the ahltv website having had to log in twice. But no chromecast so still pretty useless for me. The app is very limited there, but at least it works. Game quality is just fantastic. But this iPhone app is horrendous. It doesn’t work 9/10 and just infinitely loops while trying to load. I mean, the very basics just don’t work. I just want to open the app and see the AHL boxscores! This is basic coding 101 and any amateur can make this work. The first time lasted about 2 days before it went blank. I deleted the app and a couple days later I downloaded it again. To my dismay there was nothing but a blank screen when I opened it. But I have to for this app. It simply does not work. It never has worked. And every season I redownload it hoping it will work. Stuck on white screen. Some times I only see the puck graphic. But never am I able to check the scores of games. If by some miracle I can get to the actual usable parts of the app it takes 3 plus minutes. I’m in. *2019-07-10* I was skeptical about downloading the AHL app until this recent throat punching business between Ian Bowman and Stew Zimmel. Now I’m all in. This is the kind of feud I’ve been waiting for. I’m trying to get a front row seat to this action. I’m putting my money on Ian. Here’s why: Anybody who puts his job on the line in order to keep his throat free from punching is a clear winner in my book. Knows how to play defense and we all know defense wins championships. Not only did he provide himself a safe haven from abuse by making it public, but decided to kill 2 birds with 1 stone and get his money back. Genius. But I can’t count out stew. If this was a running tab, he fleeced Ian by making him wait until 6,000.
