### 1/5 — Unintuitive interface, no option to cancel order, horrible customer service

So I made my first order, my credit card was charged, and the item I ordered was unavailable. No way to cancel the order online so I tried WhatsApp, no reply. I called and had to explain the problem to three different people. My refund will take two weeks. Deleting this stupid app.

Been a customer for over two years and have noticed a significant drop in Delivery service. Drivers taking wrong routes and saying it’s the most efficient when he took a detour across the entire city. Customer support totally unhelpful. Big drop in service from when the drivers actually delivered on time and customer service was actually helpful. It’s better now to just order food and pick up myself given their current performance

I haven’t been able to use the credit balance because every time I try, there’s either an offer or free delivery that prevents it from being applied. As a result, the credit expires unused. This is honestly the worst reward program I’ve encountered

After ordering a waffle that took an hour to prepare, once I complained via live chat, they just ignored me. I won't use this app again.

The concept of receiving credit is nice. Will only recommend for pick up and dine in.
